Glowing Greens Smoothie
This smoothie has a the ingredients to get you going in the morning, yet maintains a delicious flavor and texture thanks to the banana. The chia seeds and walnuts provide some healthful Omega-3s, which most of us don’t get nearly enough of in our diets. Greek yogurt provides some protein, and of course spinach gives you those oh-so-important leafy greens.
Add the ingredients in order of softness, with the frozen ingredients going last. This will help with the blending process 🙂

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 large spoonful Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1 large handful spinach
1 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed above. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
